Vegetable garden and herbs
Every day the vegetable garden, the orchard, the herbs and the small chicken coop offer us their products, which differ depending by the seasons.
We have a sincere respect and love for nature, we follow the dictates of the seasons and we do not use any pesticides.
The Mediterranean scrub and the luxuriance of Monte Pu’ also allow us to enjoy a vast variety of herbs from aromatic to healing ones.
It will all be on our table accompanied by a selection of the best ingredients, favoring fresh local and seasonal products.
You will find delicious and genuine dishes full of flavors but simple, with particular attention to the ingredients.
We respect seasonality and availability, so there is no menu and booking is highly recommended.
You can buy directly from us vegetables, fruit, infusions, sweet and savory preserves, Giardiniera and other transformations, extra virgin olive oil and fresh eggs!
We also produce biscuits, sweet and savory pies, fresh pasta and bread.
You will find our products on Tuesday from 9.00 to 13.00 on our counter, next to our friends from the “km0 Agricultural Market and Self-Productions” of Sestri Levante, in via Nazionale (“Antico Tannino” area, Pila’s park).
