Initially a Benedictine monastery, a refuge in the first and second Wars, then a large farm and finally a farmhouse.
Monte Pu’ is composed by an ancient complex of buildings dating back to the XII century,
The renovation has maintained the original conformity of the building, converting barns, stables and warehouses into the environments that make up our farmhouse today.
The stones used in the cladding, external paving and in the dry stone walls are indigenous, the floors of some spaces are in terracotta almost one hundred years old, produced in an ancient furnace that was located behind the Mount, like the bricks that make up the soul of the whole complex.
You’ll find the Hall, initially a large hayloft, where you can make yourself comfortable and taste our products.
The Herb’s Rooms, where is located our laboratory where we collect, dry and operate aromatic and dyeing
The Court, the heart of the farmhouse, where our kitchen overlooks.
In the rest of the structure you will find the rooms, 7 in total, all different and unique.
And finally the 3 apartments, where our guests will find their home and truly peaceful sleeps lulled only by the silence of Nature.
